To the west of Rahila Sagar, the Sun temple, built centuries ago by a Chandela monarch, rises tall and majestic. The shrine was built during the reign of Chandela ruler Rahila, which occurred between the years of 890 and 910 A.D. The temple, which was built in the 9th century and is composed of granite, is one of the best examples of the Pratihara architectural style in the region.

Just 20 km from Mahoba, Arjun Sagar dam is a beautiful place which you can go and see. This place is home to beauty and serenity.
